Pre-Loader

The preloader is a conveyor which reaches deeper into the barn. Birds are chased onto the end of the conveyor or chased onto either side. This setup works well when using 2 corals in the barn.

The conveyor is stored inside the Loader for transport. It is pulled in/out by using an attachment that hooks into the main conveyor belt. Operating the main belt will either push the preloader out for setup or pull the preloader in for storage.

The belt is a plastic segment belt that runs on sprockets eliminating any tracking problems as is traditionally the case with conveyor belts.

43" wide x 16 ft long x 6" high weighing approx 500 Lbs.
Hydraulically driven by plugging into the Loaders hydraulics. Includes a speed control valve to vary the belt speed.
